It’s Cinco De Mayo so you know there will be two things on the menu. 1) Margaritas, and 2) Guacamole. If you have your Bibo, the margarita part is well-covered. And while there is absolutely nothing wrong with a straight up bowl of creamy-chunky guac, there are a lot of great bloggers creating some fun twists on this Mexican classic.
